Our most diverse movement class. When you have built a strong foundation of fundamental movements in On Ramp, Yes You Can, and/or Durability classes we can advance to more challenging and rigorous movement patterns in Ronin’s Workout of the Day (WOD) classes.

Durability

A 30-60 minute class to help you dig deeper into helping your body withstand the test of time. We want to live long lives while maintaining our independence through a fully functioning body.

A low impact, low intensity, ‘reboot’ course modified to accommodate . Designed to ease you into a healthy lifestyle of mobility and baseline strength.

Personal training. You and your coach focus on your specific fitness/athletic needs and goals working toward fast tracking your success.

Student Athletes/ Personal Challenge

For younger athletes looking to compete at their sport. Build your athletic prowess by building your strength, power, agility, and coordination. Get coached on proper biomechanics and movement patterning.

Personal Challenge is open gym time for athletes to test strength and power and track that progress. A time to work on your own personal fitness goals.
